How it works:

Requests and descriptions can be emailed to artist(at)serpentsortia(dot)org. The more detailed the description, the more accurate the estimate, and ultimately the drawing. Any reference pics should be posted elsewhere and linked in the email, as I don't open attatchments unless I know you well.

Check, money order, or paypal currently accepted, please don't send cash. All prices listed here are estimations, actual prices vary with the complexity of the request. Payment will be split, half when I accept the commission, and half at completion. Shipping is included in the price of the commission.

Progress scans will be posted to the "progress" section for review before any inking, shading, or coloring happens. (I can email upon request)  I will re-work a drawing up to three times to get what you're asking for. I will update the progress section periodically while working on the piece, so you will have a good idea of how your piece is coming along.

Prints are available in 8x10 or 4x6, and done on high-quality glossy photopaper.

What you get:

You get the signed, original artwork on 9x12" bristol board, sealed with a protective spray so any pencil lines won't smudge.  If you ordered a digital color work, you get the original pencil or ink artwork, plus an 8x10 glossy print, signed.  Additional prints are available at the prices listed above.

For digital paintings you get a high-resolution digital copy of the image, a 100x100 pixel icon, and a signed 8x10 print. CD's containing the high-resolution image and icon available upon request.  Resizing for web use also available upon request.

What I do:

Fantasy-style art. This can include humanoid creatures (elves, fae, angels, etc.), anthropomorphic animals, real animals, fantasy animals (gryphons, centaurs, etc.), my specialty being dragons. A look through my galleries will give you an idea of my skill level in each of these areas.

What I don't do:

- Yiff/vore/fetish. Tasteful nudity is acceptable within reason.
- Official Character Fanart.

Terms:

I reserve the right to turn down or cancel a commission for any reason. If your commission is canceled by me, an email will be sent and you will be refunded. If your commission is canceled by you, your money will be refunded in full unless work past the initial review pictures has begun, in which case you will not be refunded the half already paid, but will not be expected to pay the remaining half of the cost. (Unless the picture was paid in full up front, in which case half of the price would be refunded.)

I do not normally offer prints of commissions for sale to anyone but the commissioner, but if something catches my eye enough, I always ask for permission from you to make and sell prints.
